In 1970 Mr. Nissim Bouzaglo opened up in the heart  of Montreal’s Sephardic community one of the city’s first Jewish Book Store called ‘Victoria Gift Shop'. Named after the street on which the store is on, it quickly became renown for its large selection of French books and Judica items, as well as for its very high level of customer service.

Mr. Bouzaglo and his family are now pleased to offer to all the people around the world the ability purchase the finest  printed books in French as well as the finest judica items.
The main aim of this website is to display all the French Books which we sell in our store including a brief description of each book.  As this is a time constraining endeavor it will take some time before we will also have a full list of other Jewish articles on display.
